Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the BingoSite.com advertiser portal, advertiser submission forms, review process, listing services, document pages, communications, and any related tools or features made available by BingoSite.com.

By creating an advertiser login, submitting brand information, uploading assets, requesting a listing, or otherwise using the advertiser portal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions, the Compliance Guidelines, and the Privacy Policy.

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to advertisers, brand representatives, operators, affiliate program representatives, agencies, and any other person or company using the advertiser portal or submitting information to BingoSite.com.

2. No Automatic Right To Be Listed

Submitting an advertiser request does not guarantee approval, publication, ranking, placement, traffic, leads, conversions, revenue, or any commercial result. BingoSite.com may accept, reject, edit, pause, remove, delay, or request changes to any advertiser submission at its sole discretion.

3. Advertiser Authority

You confirm that you are authorised to act on behalf of the brand, company, operator, affiliate program, or advertiser you submit. You also confirm that all information provided is accurate, lawful, current, and not misleading.

4. Affiliate Program Approval

A brand listing may only go live after BingoSite.com has reviewed the submission, reviewed the advertiser's affiliate program, been accepted into that affiliate program, and agreed commercial terms with the advertiser. Commercial terms may include revenue share, CPA, hybrid terms, minimum guarantees, launch offers, tracking terms, payment terms, or other agreed deal points.

5. Listing Fee

The £500 GBP listing fee is paid only after the listing is approved, our affiliate account at your brand is accepted, and the commercial terms are agreed. Payment of the listing fee does not guarantee permanent placement, fixed ranking, continued publication, traffic volume, player activity, revenue, or campaign performance.

6. Advertiser Information And Assets

Advertisers may submit brand names, logos, HTML5 creative details, offer text, license numbers, software providers, payment methods, support information, website URLs, affiliate program details, and related materials. By submitting these materials, you grant BingoSite.com permission to use, display, crop, resize, format, store, review, and publish them in connection with the advertiser portal, BingoSite.com, and related network properties.

7. Accuracy Of Offers And Terms

Advertisers are solely responsible for ensuring that all offers, bonuses, wagering requirements, minimum deposits, expiry dates, short terms, full terms, landing pages, and player eligibility rules are accurate, current, lawful, and consistent with the advertiser's own website.

8. Licensing And Market Availability

Advertisers are solely responsible for providing accurate license information and for confirming which jurisdictions they can lawfully accept players from. BingoSite.com may use geolocation tools to help show brands only in selected markets, but geolocation is not guaranteed to be perfect, uninterrupted, or error-free. Advertisers remain responsible for their own compliance, player acceptance controls, and jurisdictional restrictions.

9. Compliance And Responsible Gambling

Advertisers must comply with all laws, advertising standards, licensing conditions, responsible gambling rules, age restrictions, and market-specific requirements applicable to their brand, products, offers, landing pages, and affiliate program. BingoSite.com may request evidence, clarification, or corrections at any time.

10. No Gambling Services Provided By BingoSite.com

BingoSite.com is an advertiser, affiliate, comparison, information, and review platform. BingoSite.com does not operate a casino, bingo room, sportsbook, payment service, gambling platform, or player account system. BingoSite.com does not accept bets, process deposits, pay winnings, manage player accounts, or control third-party gambling products.

11. Third-Party Websites And Links

The advertiser portal and BingoSite.com may include links to advertiser websites, affiliate programs, tracking links, landing pages, payment pages, software providers, regulators, and other third-party websites. BingoSite.com is not responsible for third-party websites, third-party content, tracking failures, broken links, incorrect landing pages, rejected applications, operator decisions, payment disputes, bonus changes, or any action or inaction by a third party.

12. No Warranty

The advertiser portal, website, listings, forms, pages, documents, content, tools, geolocation features, previews, uploads, email notifications, and related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BingoSite.com gives no warranty that any service will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, accurate, complete, compatible, profitable, or error-free.

13. Technical Failures And Data Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BingoSite.com is not responsible for downtime, server failure, VPS failure, hosting failure, Cloudflare failure, DNS failure, email failure, SMTP failure, browser failure, database failure, PocketBase failure, hardware failure, software bugs, security incidents, data loss, corrupted uploads, failed submissions, failed notifications, failed tracking, failed redirects, or any other technical issue affecting access, storage, display, delivery, or performance.

14. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BingoSite.com, its owners, directors, contractors, developers, editors, agents, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, commercial, reputational, technical, or financial loss, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of traffic, loss of rankings, loss of players, loss of conversions, or loss arising from use of or inability to use the advertiser portal or any related service.

15. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BingoSite.com from any claim, demand, loss, liability, cost, damage, penalty, fine, complaint, legal action, regulatory issue, or expense arising from your submission, brand assets, offers, licensing status, market availability, landing pages, affiliate program, breach of these terms, breach of law, or misuse of the advertiser portal.

16. Review, Editing, Suspension And Removal

BingoSite.com may edit formatting, request corrections, reject submissions, pause listings, remove listings, block accounts, or suspend access where information is incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable, outdated, disputed, non-compliant, commercially unviable, technically broken, or otherwise not in the interests of BingoSite.com.

17. Account Security

Advertisers are responsible for keeping login details secure and for all activity under their advertiser account. BingoSite.com is not responsible for unauthorised account access caused by weak passwords, shared credentials, compromised devices, third-party access, or advertiser-side security failures.

18. Communications

By creating an advertiser account or submitting a listing request, you agree that BingoSite.com may contact you about account status, submission review, affiliate approval, commercial terms, corrections, compliance checks, listing status, and related advertiser matters.

19. Intellectual Property

All BingoSite.com website content, layouts, forms, review formats, scoring structures, text, graphics, code, databases, designs, and platform materials remain the property of BingoSite.com or its licensors, except for advertiser assets submitted by advertisers. Advertisers may not copy, scrape, reproduce, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse BingoSite.com materials without written permission.

20. Changes To These Terms

BingoSite.com may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms may be posted on the advertiser portal and will apply from the time they are published, unless stated otherwise.

21. Severability

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

22. Governing Law

The governing law and jurisdiction for these Terms & Conditions should be confirmed before publication. Until confirmed, BingoSite.com reserves the right to rely on any applicable jurisdiction available to it in relation to advertiser submissions, website operations, commercial agreements, and enforcement of these terms.
