Compliance Guidelines
These Compliance Guidelines explain the standards advertisers must meet before a brand can be reviewed, approved, listed, or promoted on BingoSite.com.
1. Purpose
These guidelines apply to advertiser submissions, brand information, affiliate program details, landing pages, offer terms, licensing information, and any related materials submitted through the advertiser portal.
2. Licensed Brands Only
Advertisers must only submit brands that hold valid gambling licenses from accepted regulators, including UKGC, Malta (MGA), Curacao, or approved additional country licenses. License numbers must be accurate, current, and provided where requested.
3. Market Availability
Advertisers must only select markets where their brand can lawfully accept players. BingoSite.com may use geolocation tools to help show brands only in eligible markets, but advertisers remain responsible for their own jurisdictional controls.
4. Accurate Offer Terms
All welcome offers, bonus amounts, wagering requirements, minimum deposits, expiry dates, and short terms must be clear, accurate, and consistent with the full terms shown on the advertiser's landing page.
5. Responsible Gambling
Advertisers must provide responsible gambling information, age restrictions, player protection tools, and self-exclusion resources on their own websites and landing pages.
6. No Misleading Claims
Advertisers must not submit claims that are false, exaggerated, unverifiable, or misleading. This includes claims about winnings, payout speed, bonus value, licensing, player eligibility, or guaranteed success.
7. Landing Pages
Affiliate landing pages must match the submitted offer and must clearly show full offer terms, licensing information, responsible gambling notices, and any required market-specific restrictions.
8. Brand Assets
Logos, HTML5 creative details, and brand names must be submitted exactly as the advertiser wants them displayed. Advertisers confirm they have the right to provide these assets for use on BingoSite.com.
9. Changes And Corrections
Advertisers must notify BingoSite.com if license status, offer terms, market availability, affiliate tracking, landing pages, payment methods, software providers, or support channels change.
10. Review Rights
BingoSite.com may request corrections, refuse submissions, pause listings, remove listings, or block advertiser access if compliance information is missing, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable.
11. Ongoing Cooperation
Advertisers agree to cooperate with reasonable compliance checks, clarification requests, affiliate approval steps, and listing updates before and after publication.
12. Final Approval
A brand will only go live after BingoSite.com has reviewed the submission, confirmed affiliate program approval, agreed commercial terms, and determined that the listing is suitable for publication.
